All Anthem Steel buildings have a limited 50 year warranty.
The versatility of our buildings is seen in the clear-span construction capabilities of up to 300 feet in width and with no limitations on length. An Anthem Steel school building is expandable, as well. As your student body grows in the future, more square footage can be added under roof to accommodate your additional space requirements. End walls are easily removed and the new sidewall and roof additions added. In most instances the original end walls are re-attached.
All Anthem Steel school buildings are pre-punched, pre-drilled, and pre-welded at the factory prior to shipment to your location. This can significantly lower your job site costs. In fact, an Anthem Steel building can be purchased and erected at a fraction of the price that similar sized conventional building methods and materials would cost.
Anthem Steel will assign a project manager to your building. Your project manager is headquartered at our corporate office and is responsible to help with the design and rigging of your steel building.
